• Website use: information collected via cookies, managed via Cookiebot (see cookie statement).

We process your personal data for the following purposes:

• To process and manage reservations via WeReserve.
• To contact you with a question or comment via a contact form.
• To optimize our website and make it more user-friendly.

We only share your information with the following parties, if necessary:

• WeReserve: to manage your reservations.
• Zapier & Google Sheets: for processing and storing form data
• Cookiebot: to manage cookie preferences and comply with cookie rules.
• Third parties that help us with website analysis or marketing (if applicable).
  Your information will not be sold or shared with third parties for commercial purposes.

5. How long do we keep your data?

We do not keep your personal data longer than necessary:

• Reservation details: in accordance with WeReserve's retention period.
• Contact form details: maximum 6 months after processing your question.
• Cookies: according to the retention period in our cookie statement, managed by Cookiebot.
