General terms and conditions

1. Applicability

These terms and conditions apply to all reservations, orders and services of Eetcafé Verhip, located at St. Jobsweg 21, 3024 EH, Rotterdam. By using our services, you agree to these terms.

2. Reservations

• Reservations can be made via our website with WeReserve, by phone via 010 476 68 69, or by email at info@verhiprotterdam.nl.

3. Payments

• Payments can be made in cash, by pin or other payment methods accepted by us.
• Any deposits or deposits are clearly stated when booking.

4. House Rules

• We expect guests to treat our staff and other visitors with respect.
• It is not allowed to bring your own drinks, unless otherwise agreed in advance.
• Excessive alcohol consumption or misconduct may result in expulsion from the eatery.

5. Liability

• Eetcafé Verhip is not liable for loss, theft or damage to guests' personal property.
• We are not responsible for damage resulting from force majeure or unforeseen circumstances.

6. Complaints and disputes

• Any complaints can be reported via info@verhiprotterdam.nl, after which we do our best to find a suitable solution.
• These terms and conditions are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in Rotterdam.

7. Changes to the terms and conditions

We reserve the right to change these terms. The latest version is always available on our website.
